About Us
AIT provides inspection processing in conjunction with its data collection software. The two clients that AIT has seamless communications with; are Bank of America (BAC) and Lender Processing Services (LPS). The data collection software was initially developed to provide generic inspection forms so that it would allow the user to work for any client in the field service industry. Because of the wide variety of data required by clients, AIT has had to start developing forms for each specific client. Development time for new clients depends on the length of the inspection form, and the complexity of the website where that data is processed.

The chart above shows how AIT fits in to the process of assisting you with your field service needs.
1. Inspection Assignment - The National company assigns you new inspections.
2. Database - AIT takes those inspections from your client and puts them in our database.
3. Job Queue - AIT puts these inspections in your Manager's job queue.
4. Mobile Device - The Manager creates a route and sends it to the inspectors mobile device.
5. Completed Inspection - The inspector completes the jobs and uses the send & receive function to get them back to the Manager.
6. Real Time Results - Now the Manager has the option to QC the data prior to processing.
7. QC Data - AIT's processing staff does the final QC checks prior to submitting the data.
8. Results Processed - The client now has the results within 24 hours of submission from the field.
